Return and Exchange Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, online consumers are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period from the date of delivery. We offer a seven-day appreciation period for returns and exchanges on all our online purchases.
The appreciation period is not intended to be a trial period. All products returned or exchanged must be in new and unopened conditional with all of its original packaging.
The product must be returned in full (including the product itself, accessories, any promotional gifts, guarantee, original packaging and all accompanying documents or information). Please do not disassemble the product or damage the original box.
The original box and original packaging are part of the product and any loss, damage or loss of parts may affect your right to a return or exchange.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following circumstances:
The product is beyond the seven day appreciation period.
The product has been opened and used or damaged due to human factors, for example: defaced, damaged, scratched, dirty, etc.
Creases or damage to the outer carton.
Incomplete packaging, or with incomplete invoices or accessories.
Malicious or mass returns.
Consumers who request returns for personal reasons will not be able to claim a refund on their next order of the same product.
Important Notes
Items purchased elsewhere, such as in VANA stores, concept shops or consignment outlets, cannot be returned online. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
