The little details

How do I earn and use points?

Each NT$100 spent in a single order earns 1 point, excluding shipping. Points are issued after the appreciation period (7 working days) and do not expire.

How do store credits work?

Store credits can cover up to 10% of a single order, excluding shipping. Welcome credit is valid for 90 days from registration. Monthly credit is issued on the 1st and must be used in that month.

When will I receive my birthday benefits?

Birthday credit is issued in the early morning on your birthday and is valid for 30 days after receipt. VIP members may redeem one exclusive birthday gift at a direct VANA store; selected items are available while stocks last.

Which purchases count toward membership?

Sign in at checkout to receive your membership benefits and accumulate spending. Purchases under different registered accounts are counted separately. Pop-up counter purchases do not count toward membership spending.

What happens to credit if an order is cancelled?

For a cancelled order or failed transaction, credit is returned within its original validity period. This does not apply to returns or refused deliveries. VANA reserves the final interpretation of membership offers, discounts and spending accumulation.
