Three simple steps to get started.

Place your candle.
Set the warmer on a stable, level surface in a ventilated space. Place a suitable heat-resistant candle jar securely on the recessed base. Leave the wick unlit.

Find the right height.
With the warmer off and cool, adjust and secure the shade. Keep the jar clear of the shade and bulb, following the supplied manual.

Choose your glow.
Use a power supply that matches the product label. Adjust the brightness, select a 1, 2 or 4-hour timer, and enjoy your fragrance.
After your moment: switch off and unplug. Let the lamp, jar and wax cool before moving or adjusting them. Do not cover the warmer or allow children to operate it. Never light the candle while using the warmer.

Warranty & bulb replacement
One-year warmer warranty and VANA’s lifetime bulb replacement service, subject to the programme terms. Eligible members can request one free replacement bulb per warmer each year after the first year.
Small bubbles, specks or slight texture variations can occur during glassmaking. If you notice damage or anything that affects use, contact VANA.
Follow the supplied manual for bulb installation, voltage, cleaning and wax care. When fragrance fades, follow the manual’s guidance for removing the spent surface wax. Never pour wax into a drain.
